"Hey, John, wait for me! Oops, it's Jane!"
Did that ever happen to you? It doesn't seem unlikely the way girls have taken over the man's fashion world.
Back in the 1800's a woman was just a "domestic tool" or a frail beauty; then came the early 1900's when women could vote! Onward, upward, women kept climbing, meeting men as equals in school work, in sports and jobs.
But today's woman not only has become man's physical and mental equal, she's stolen his clothes, ideas, and still manages to captivate his heart.
Today, in Heights halls, girls can be seen in men's shirts, ties, tie clasps, and cuff links. For better than school wear, they don the masculine suit jacket.
For play time, there are jeans, bomber jackets, tee shirts, sweatshirts, heavy wool socks, and wool jackets.
Girls and boys both feature "DA" haircuts.
It looks as if, in the not too distant future, a man will have to wear a skirt in order to distinguish himself from the opposite sex. Any Scotch kilts around?
