You have closed out the 1st semester, and are ready to set up your classes for the second semester. You don't want to type in everybody's name again, because most of the students for the 2nd semester are the same.
This discussion is divided into two parts.
Organzing your Grade Machine files so that you know where the files are. - It is always a good idea to organize your files on your I: network drive so that you know where they are located. If you already have them well-organized, or you’re not interested in organizing your files, go immediately to the section on setting up your second semester grades.
Setting up your second semester classes – Your second semester is a second part of a full year course. Many of the students will be the same, but you will have a totally new set of assignments.
